After graduating four years of college at Philadelphia College of Textiles and Sciences with a BS degree, I went into the men’s sport shirt business. I successfully ran my import company for approximately 25 years during which I was able to sell some of the largest retailers in the country.
During that time my wife and I designed our own custom home and built it to our specs in Philadelphia. Real Estate was always one of my passions. In addition, living in South Florida was always on my mind.
After 25 years I decided to sell my company and make that move that I had always wanted. My wife and I began our real estate careers together and after 12 very successful years, decided it would be a real treat to open our own business. So with my wife by my side and a new partner, we decided to open Luxury Partners Realty. We started the company during the economic bust so, it was a very exciting time to be in business. During that time were able to attract about 80 great agents to join our firm.
Marsha and I have now had about 19 years of experience in the Boca/Delray area and I can assure you that we have the expertise to represent you very well whether you are buying or selling your home.

Claudia has an extensive business management background, where she directed, coached and lead large teams at a very young age. After 15 years in corporate America her love for art and design led her to obtain her degree in Interior Design. This brought her into her real estate career. She began applying her design skills in the area of home styling after a couple of life experiences influenced her to broaden her career in that direction. She enjoyed educating both homeowners and Realtors on the power of home staging and how it attracts higher sales prices and sells homes faster than homes that are not. Along the way, she was inspired to acquire her real estate license in the state of Maryland and became the in-house stager for a prominent brokerage. Once she was submerged in the real estate industry her passion for coaching and mentoring lead the way to managing top producing agents. She developed strategies based on aspirations, the market, individual agent skills to help them achieve their goals, all while holding them accountable and encouraging them along the way. Her move to South Florida five years ago has continuously increased her knowledge in the industry through working with brokerages such as Sotheby’s International and Lang Realty. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. After graduating from SUNY New Paltz, I worked on Wall Street as head librarian for an investment council firm. When my children came along, it was time to change course and stay at home to raise my sons. In 1993 my husband and I decided a move south was overdue. We shoveled one too many driveways and battled one too many ice storms. We never looked back. We moved to Boca Raton where we became deeply rooted in the community.
